“I am a resident of Tallgrass Creek. I reside in my own condo in Independent Living. I have given this community a five star rating because they deserve it. The staff are wonderful, thoughtful , and helpful. They go out of their way to assist residents and provide a calendar full of activities one can choose to participate in each month. Turn in a maintenance request and they arrive the next day. Have a question or administrative concern, they get on it quickly and get right back to you. Three dining venues with great food! Beautiful grounds with walking paths, a nature trail, a garden where you can even plant and grow veggies. I take my dog to the dog park in the corner of the campus several times a week. I also participate in the many day trips they take each month to various places around Kansas City. Very active residents who get involved, enjoy each other, and enjoy life. Been here three years and so glad I made the move.”

“I had excellent service from Matthew and his response to my questions were very quick. He informed me through the whole process. I wasn't sure what to expect as it is a competitive auto shipping world and they have to make predictions based and what the current market will accept to ship your car. They explained that their charge had a $50 +/- contingent if necessary. I only gave them a few days notice for shipping from Los Angeles to Boston and they were pretty spot on. They picked up exactly when they said they would and dropped off 7 days later as stated. I did not pay any extra, the price I paid originally was the price I paid. I had some logistical problems with the Boston location (streets are difficult to navigate etc) but my driver picked up when I called and we made arrangements to pick up very close to the original location and then as he traveled closer to the drop location, he gave me 1 hour and 30 minute away updates. It was very smooth. No damage to the car and the driver was super nice. I would highly recommend.”

“We came in today to get our daughter's first vehicle. She was very specific about what she wanted and we had already spent our day going from dealership to dealership without much luck and not much faith in the customer service we had experienced. Reed Auto Group was our last stop and Tim was our last hope. He greeted us like we were normal folks and really listened to what we wanted. He just wasn't there to push us into any car. He was really great at engaging our daughter and left a positive lasting impression on us and especially our daughter for her first car buying experience. Anyone that wants a partner in selecting a vehicle and not just a salesperson you have to go see Tim at Reed. He has restored our expectations of what buying a car should be.
