Forest Creek Memory Care

My parents moved in 18 mos.ago and I have been very pleased with the care they have received. I visited several time unannounced before we made the decision to make the move. If there is problem it is taken care of right away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I visit 3 or4 times a week and always found the facility very clean, not like other places I had visited. I truly without a doubt can (and have done) recommende Autumn Leaves .

I am going to miss this place. I truly feel everyone that works here cares about all of the patients. The only reason we are moving my father is just due to financial reasons. I truly believe it is because of the consistency of schedules and the care that kept my dad thriving. I love you all.

Autumn Leaves is a wonderful place and takes excellent care of my Grandma-in law. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a memory care facility. Luanne sets the bar high for directors! She even visited my Grandma-in law in the hospital and sat with her for hours when she had to go off-site. 5 stars!

Absolutely love this community! They have only been open about a year and still have some kinks to work out, but the staff is incredibly caring with my grandmother. I recommend taking a tour if you need care for Alzheimer’s.
