I am very picky when it comes to large purchases so I researched only companies over 4 stars with excellent reviews and Mr. Fix It did not disappoint me. I called them before coming in and Tom had a washer and dryer set ready for us before we got there. It was in prestine condition with a 30 day warranty. Something came up and I was unable to get hoses and they were able to provide me with some used ones which I am highly grateful for. They delivered it on a Saturday and installed it perfectly even though my laundry closet was a bit challenging they got it done!! Currently washing my laundry with no issues. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Mr. Fix it y'all are family now and we will come to you for all of our appliance needs from here on out!!”

“It’s a good store. It would be great to have it rebuilt to a gen 3 store. Those are pedestrian friendlier, with four entrances, which is critically important due to all of the new apartments that are being built nearby. You can walk in and buy restaurant quality food from the kitchen or from the abundance of convenience store items.”

We had a small issue but as soon as we called them, they took care of it immediately. They even went to the trouble of sending us an apology card. Not all Auto repair places would have gone to the trouble.”
