    Hey y’all if you are need a jump start and a partnership into healthy lifestyle living and workouts that just make you feel amazing please consider Solution 1 Crossfit.
    Great people and awesome coaches! The encouragement overflows. I completed my 6 wk challenge and lost 16lb and already started seeing some tone and definition. Can’t wait to see what will happen in the weeks to come.

    This challege was awesome and I plan to do it again soon! The coaches were top notch and the meal plan well laid out and easy to follow. I lost 22.5 pounds and really enjoyed the experience! Just Do It!!

    I would highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to challenge themselves with something new. The coaches are amazing and pay close attention to each person as an individual. If CrossFit intimidates you, as it did me, I would recommend the 6-week challenge. The 6-week challenge gave me enough education about CrossFit to take away any doubt that I couldn't do it! Thank you again Solution1CrossFit for opening my eyes to something I never thought I could do!!

    In Mid April I completed a challenge to loose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Based on my years of experience in loosing weight by far it was motivating, well planned out, and best result program I've done. From day one, The Solution 1 Crossfit team provided the steps, tools, and nutrition plan to succeed. With dedicated instructors that want you to accomplish your challenge, it was nice to know that they care. Ultimately, I lost 24 lbs, 4.5 inches of my waist, and 4.5% body fat. I highly recommend this challenge.
