We have gone to this automotive shop for years and years, and LOVE Mr Kwan! He is an excellent, adept mechanic who always seems to know what is wrong with your automotive. He is conscientious about costs as well! Appreciate this auto shop tremendously!

Kwon is the best! I have been doing business with him for many years.

My Toyota RAV4 was running heavy and labored. I took it to the shop to ask for an estimate. He drove the car to check and then steeped on to the accelerator while pressing the brake. Whatever was causing that labored running got solved. The car is running good now. He said there is nothing wrong with the car and no repair is necessary. Never met such an honest car repair person. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

He worked a miracle! He saved my car from the junk heap! He fixed the problem very quickly and cheaply. He is a very kind and courteous, good and honest businessman.

Kwan is the best. He's a man of few words, but he's just as efficient as his speech. Tells you what you only what you need to know, finds the problems and fixes them. Went in after getting an estimate elsewhere which was literally twice the price of what he charged me, even after he found and fixed more things than they found and he got it done fast.

I almost selfishly don't want people to know how good he is so it's easier to get service, but he deserves the business. Don't let his lack of tech dissuade you, he's a car whisperer and could probably fix more with a socket wrench set and a test drive than all the diagnostic computers at the dealerships.
