“I was quoted a very reasonable fee to repair a front bumper (straighten out brackets) on a vehicle I am selling. When I received a call that the vehicle was ready to pick up, I was told there would be NO CHARGE since they were not able to get the bumper perfectly back into alignment. It looked 95% better than when I dropped it off. But obviously 95% isn't good enough for Carstar. They are a 100% quality organization.
