I just finished reading Nancy’s book "No Kale Required" and it was great! It’s a very easy read and it’s informative and witty with lots of helpful tips about nutrition. I love her suggestions for alternatives to unhealthy foods. I’ve already added some of her suggestions to my shopping list and I’ll be keeping her book close at hand.
