“About two weeks ago I walked in there panicky because my husband and I were to close on a house within 24 hours, but of course, in any closing fashion they needed several items (one being information on my car loan through PNC). Bethany and another gentleman(I cannot recall his name) were THE BEST. I was so stressed and they helped me kindly and as much as they possibly could even though they don't handle car loans out of that location and then directed me to the corporate location phone number who quickly answered my questions.
