“I have placed a Walmart order online before to pick up & waited for a person to slowly check the contents (5 items)---but this location was different. A gigantic tower of a vending machine by the checkouts housed online orders inside. (hint: get the Walmart app installed & login before you walk in the store) Walk up to the tower, scan your app receipt and it spits out your item! Fast and super simple!! I was in and out of that store faster than any trip to Walmart ever!! Only thing that would have made it perfect is if I hadn't had to find a parking spot (you know what I mean by this!) and could have done a drive up and had it dispensed. Kudos to Walmart for using technology and making this our best experience ever!”

“Stellar! The staff here is just AMAZING! We have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened. There have been times where my husbands prescriptions had to go to other Wal-Mart's in our area and let's just say, we absolutely hate that. Not because we don't want to travel but because the other pharmacies staff (phone etiquette and face to face encounters) seem to be less educated and uninterested in their job duties. Everyone here is so caring, genuine, helpful, non judgemental, remember patients (illness, my husband is in cancer remission) and ALWAYS ask how we are ALL doing. There is nothing more heartwarming, than to leave an appt and encounter these folks. This is what every health care team should be like. Simply the best!”

Tonight there was a stock person in almost every aisle ever one of them greeted me and asked how I was doing and if they could help me find anything. I drive a little farther to this Walmart past another one that is closer but is not as clean, employees are not near as helpful and selection is small.”

“My cashier was absolutely fantastic. She had a very pleasant smile and an attracting voice charm. On top of that she was extremely courteous and helpful. I had several issues that I wasn't able to sort out. She was very patient with me and was even able to help me fix the problems. With such a wonderful cashier such as this it makes me want to come back and shop here more. I think her name was Abriana but I'm not quite sure. If you do find out this specific cashier please give her my praise and even a raise for such a tremendous job.”

“The staff here is always so nice and helpful. This morning i was trying to purchase online to pick up in store. The website kept booting me out. I think it was my phone really, its really old. Anyways, I called and Maryella (i hope i am spelling it right, if not forgive me) from guest services and I told her the issue I was having. Before I could ask if she could look to see if they had it and place it at guest services, she was already offering to do that. She found what I needed and made sure it had my husbands name on it. I kept speaking as she was getting ready to speak because I was not ready for her to give me 10/10 customer service. My apologies for speaking over you. I know that sounds weird but not all places give this level of customer service anymore. Sounds simple but sometimes I have to walk them each stepof the way like or they will not ask any of the questions above. She really deserves to be noticed for doing her job so well and with a great attitude. Thank you again. Will shop again soon.”

They now have an area at the front of the store that is easy to find. there was an associate waiting to offer assistance. Just show them your order number and within one or two minutes you have your order. The order was exactly as placed. They are doing what they can to offer lower prices and a better experience.”

“I cannot believe the reviews are so low here. The technicians are quick, the pharmacists are on top of things. I send all of my stuff through them, even though I live right next to a walgreens and a CVS. If they see you're due for a refill on something, and you forget to mention it regarding a different pickup--they get that ready for you too, or at least ask "are you about ready for some more X?" They have it down to a science, I don't get what the issue is. I'll come here as long as I live in the metro.”

They are quick to make the adjustment and give you the correct price but you have to watch out so you don't get stuck paying more than you should. Definitely recommend the Target App as you can do your price checking and get coupons.”

“I want to personally thank the pharmacist and her young steward for going above the call of duty and sparing me my integrity. I had been the victim of a property crime and had to replace my medications, it was very stressful and as a crime victim, frustrated with policy and procedure, was in tears and short of cash for my replacement medications. I will NEVER forget the kindness bestowed upon me when the pharmacist pulled cash from "petty cash" to complete my purchase. I cannot express the impact this kindness has made. Human gestures of support are clearly in shortage, as I had been with my funds. I knew the pharmacist had pulled the money from her own pocket. “Love Costco. Good selection of high quality merchandise. Their credit card gives excellent rewards. The only problem I have is that I am handicapped and have to have an electric cart . Often I had been unable to find one and could not shop. Lately it has been better and I am grateful for the freedom to shop. The staff are great and very helpful. Their hands are tied if there is a shortage of carts. Good store. Love to shop here!!!!”
