Prior to work being done, we were provided with a written estimate and explanation of the work to be done, how it would re-mediate condensation problem and suggestions for replacement equipment grades and price points. The replacement process was expedient, organized and professional. The process took about 4 1/2 hours. The weather that day was mild, so there was no urgency related to the lack of a furnace for a few hours. I have kept the furnace and water heat area open and uncluttered.
