“A great and friendly store that sells many products local to Kansas or the KC area. It seems a lot of these products are even local to De Soto. I know they sell some stickers that are made by a DHS alumni and some clothes relating to De Soto. If you're looking to shop local or get someone a unique gift this is a great place to look. I also highly recommend the peanut butter popcorn they sell, it's amazing and I ate the whole bag way too fast. A+”

“My parents used Alexanders Roofing last fall to replace their roof after noticing a leak in the ceiling. They told me how great Stephen was to work with and how helpful he was in navigating the insurance claim process. They had nothing but good things to say about the crew, and I could see how beautiful the roof was when they were done. Late last spring, I noticed a leak in my kitchen ceiling and I knew who I wanted to call! I also had a great experience. Stephen took the time to do a thorough inspection, including crawling up in my unfinished attic. He negotiated adeptly with the insurance company, and was great at communicating all the steps and answering my questions prior to the replacement. The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up meticulously. My new roof is beautiful too, and most importantly, solidly built and has stood up to all the stormy weather we have been having. “One of my absolute favorite middle-astern store in town. The owner and the girl are always helpful. They ask if I need help every time I go there. They also even offer to help take the bags to my car when I have a lot of stuff. Best service ever. They also have many Sadaf Products. And my absolute favorite, the Persian ice cream and the Lahichani Koloche!!!! The products are always fresh. I get my cucumbers often from this store too. The prices are also reasonable. During my recent visit, there was a Persian book by the counter, when I ask for the price, they gave it to me for free. Such an amazing gesture!!”

“Katie Auth did a wonderful job on my hair the day of the wedding with the outcome being more beautiful than I even expected! I had bought a head piece for the wedding and Katie incorporated it seamlessly. She also helped me with the wedding day timeline by figuring out what time I needed to have her and my bridal party at the venue so that they could all get their hair done in time for pictures with the photographer. To ensure that we were ready in time for the photographer, Katie took care of recruiting a second hair stylist as well. Katie is talented and personable. She was a joy to have around while getting ready the day of the wedding. The staff is knowledgeable and will pair you with the provider they feel would be the best fit based on your health concerns or preferences. Tyler at the Ryan Lorei branch with State Farm insurance company went above and beyond with making sure I was fully aware of my policy details. He was able to access all of my info about my vehicle in their data base which helped because I was working while frantically shopping for insurance to replace my current policy. I would have had to stop working and go out to my vehicle to retrieve the VIN# and other needed information if it had not been for this courtesy.
