You know - the kind of place you fondly remember and tell your friends, "I wish there was such a place around here." Staffed by absolutely wonderful people. Well... That is your review for this place. (And yeah, you don't usually think a shipping/storage place would be that way.)
Easy to drop off
Best service you will ever receive in life. They definitely know what they're doing and seek to take care of customers. The even accept packages for the United States Postal Service that they don't make money on as a convenience to their customer. I will always go here when I have to ship something UPS or fed ex.
I use this place for all of my package posting. The ladies that work there have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my packages are well sealed and safe to deliver. Just wonderful! I couldn't recommend anyone else. I also use their storage systems as well. They have both outdoor storage facilities and climate controlled facilities. Very reasonably priced. I even forgot to cancel my membership when I moved out of my storage unit and they called me to see if I was done using it or not. Thank God they did that otherwise I would have been charged automatically. Very honest company.
Clean. Great staff. My daughter uses it every summer for storage until the next semester at UK. Very alert staff is really watching. The 24 hour secure entry is super handy. Highly recommend.
