“Best customer service ever!! I went to the Lansing drop off, they were closed. So, I tried the Leavenworth location. I had initiated a wrong label, that they couldn’t scan. The young lady had me pull up my return on my phone and she took the time to cancel the return and start over to get the correct label. Then she printed it for me. How awesome is that?!! Definitely using the Leavenworth location from now on!”
