“This place isn't too shabby. 3 bdrm 1.5 bath for 699. I personally haven't had any roach problems etc. We did have some crickets and spiders coming in but the Mangement got that fixed. They are definitely doing what they can trying to stay afloat with what they were given and they will definitely work with ya as long as you aren't taking advantage of it.. they added a dog park, and hopefully they reline that pool liner, cuz that was lookin rough.”
