(December 23, 2018, 8:20 am)This is a great gym. The shred program is very challenging but can be modified to your fitness level. The owners are great! They truly care about your health and well-being on a personal level.
(October 24, 2018, 8:16 am)Love the new options to include more people! Can now buy punchcard to participate in SHRED and a GREAT kid's MOVE program the same time I can do a SHRED class! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Facilities are always clean! New Management is doing a great job transitioning and making new improvements!
(October 23, 2018, 11:11 pm)I have been attending this gym for the better part of 18 years now. The equipment is great and the place is always cleaned and well organized. I have been doing their SHRED program through the gym for 5 years now, and the instructors are supportive and very good at providing a variety of classes and workouts. I am very thankful to have a great program and gym like this in our small town and will continue to support them for years to come!

(October 23, 2018, 10:56 pm)I was a part of the Shred program for 6 months and loved it. I probably did more workouts during this time, than I’ve done in my life! I love the “family feel” of the staff and others within my class. It motivated me to get to the gym. After becoming pregnant, I had to cancel my membership and I had absolutely no issues doing so. I gave them the requested notice and was very pleased with how it was handled. I can’t wait to get back!
