“I liked Ava’s good enough. I had the stewed chicken. I hate to say it was only marginal. Maybe it was an off day because the other reviews are so good. I’ll give it another try and order the curry chicken. I’ll update my review at that time. The beef patty and coco bread was delicious though.”

“I ordered two pizzas, crazy bread combo, stuffed crazy bread and sauce but ended up being 2 hours late to pick it up. It was our fault, obviously, but Juan, the employee there, asked if I had five minutes to wait so he could make everything fresh for me! I didn’t even ask him to re make it and the thought never crossed my mind because it was my problem not Little Caesars. He showed me my order and said he couldn’t send us home with that because it wasn’t hot and fresh pizza anymore. I couldn’t believe it! He went above and way beyond to make the customer feel valued and wanted! It was completely our fault and yet Jaun cared so much about the quality of what they are sending home with their customers that he made it fresh! I have begun coming here more and more because of their customer service!”

“Place is usually clean and aisles neat. Pizza is always made great. The employees are friendly for the most part. Some of them do need to watch their language around customers. Many times I have come in while some of the staff are openly swearing in front of the customers, even their children. Service has been great other than some of the workers needing to keep their mouths closed.”

“We recently moved to the Leavenworth area and have visited this store nearly every week since. In reading previous reviews and comparing to our own experience i think it may now be run by new management. The service in this store is impeccable, they greet you with a friendly hello every time, without fail, upon entrance. The dining area is spotless. The sub making line is organized and very proficient which helps when it gets busy. The sub-makers (employees) take genuine care with your sub and don't slop and slap the ingredients in like i've experienced at other competing restaurants. I've also noticed the franchisee/owner? (can't be sure) is always there helping, appreciating and encouraging his staff - it's been very noticeable in the short times we've been at the counter. Not only is it a great place to dine in but i have no doubt it to be a fantastic place to work, too. Simply, eat here, support this business, this place is awesome - so much so that i had to write this review!”
