“Small, quiet RV park in a small town. I stayed here while working a project in McPherson. It’s a small gravel park with full hookups and services, including 50 amp hookup and on site laundry. Though we never needed it, there is a below ground storm shelter on site. The park is bordered by residential neighborhoods and farm field. If you’re doing a long term stay there is a gym which offers a 24 hour access card across the street (Inman Wellness Center). You will have to drive for most stuff, but that may be a decent trade for that small town feel this place gives you. There is no crime here that I noted. Many times I forgot to lock stuff away, and although I had the newest rig in the park, I always returned to find my stuff undisturbed. The cautionaries: this may be a Kansas thing, but there are a lot of spiders running around in the gravel. Most of what I saw were brown recluse or northern widows (a type of black widow). So I’d wear closed toe shoes and use lawn chair mats. Also this town offers amazing water pressure, so you must remember to use your pressure regulator. Edit: almost forgot to mention. While AT&T had very limited service here, it was offset by the park’s WiFi which I found fast enough to skype or stream Netflix.”

“WOW!!! These guys are GREAT!!! I had a waterline in 30 year old fridge break. I had called two closer companies and they couldn't get me in until after the new year. I called Jim's expecting the same results and knowing I'd have to pay a travel fee since they are about 45 min. away. The lady who answered the phone was very understanding and nice. She put me on the scheduled for the very next week (I called on Christmas Eve). Dylan from was AMAZING!!! It took a couple of tries to get the right part ordered - as I said it was a OLD fridge. He was very thorough and had to make three trips to get the right parts ordered and installed but he was determined to get us back up and running in a timely manor. He didn't charge me for all the extra trips or even any travel fee's. Jim's Appliance has AMAZING customer service!!!! Can't wait to check them out when buying my new appliances! If their service is that good on something you don't buy from them can't wait to deal with them on appliances I do buy from them!!!”

“Cosy. Clean. Cute. Would stay again. A small bnb in a small town. Decorated beautifully but not too much that I was worried about ruining anything. A pint size kitchen (I don't think there was a stove) with a sink, microwave, and a frig with breakfast and snacks stocked. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room is part of a big room that the master bedroom is in.”

“what a pleasant surprise. I got instructions from the local guys where I could have breakfast. even from the door you could feel the pleasant smell of the kitchen, the atmosphere was on a level, and there were only a few tables. laughter filled the room. the waitress found a seat for me and we easily agreed on the order. I had fried eggs with slightly crispy bacon and toasted bread with a glass of grape juice for breakfast. the whole bill was only $12. the interior is actually an antique! you can only see such things in movies. it was a pleasure to be your guest! my warm recommendation to everyone! and yes, I almost forgot the workers, who really took an interest in me and paid attention to me, listened carefully and asked me questions! Thank you girls”
