“My husband & I just purchased a king size mattress from The Mattress Hub in Hutchinson & we had a great experience! We shopped around & The Mattress Hub has the best deals in the area. Jim helped us in the store and was so nice & knowledgeable. It only took about 2 weeks for our mattress to come in and then they delivered it that week. Steve & Clayton were our delivery guys out of McPherson & they were also awesome! Super nice & we’re in and out in just a few minuets. Mattress was packaged well & came clean. Slept on it for the first time last night & we love it!”

“WOW!!! These guys are GREAT!!! I had a waterline in 30 year old fridge break. I had called two closer companies and they couldn't get me in until after the new year. I called Jim's expecting the same results and knowing I'd have to pay a travel fee since they are about 45 min. away. The lady who answered the phone was very understanding and nice. She put me on the scheduled for the very next week (I called on Christmas Eve). Dylan from was AMAZING!!! It took a couple of tries to get the right part ordered - as I said it was a OLD fridge. He was very thorough and had to make three trips to get the right parts ordered and installed but he was determined to get us back up and running in a timely manor. He didn't charge me for all the extra trips or even any travel fee's. Jim's Appliance has AMAZING customer service!!!! Can't wait to check them out when buying my new appliances! If their service is that good on something you don't buy from them can't wait to deal with them on appliances I do buy from them!!!”

They were awesome! We visited with them about what we had in mind as far style, color and budget. They showed us every item in the price range we were thinking of and we were given an amazing number of options to choose from. Everyone we worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They let us visit between ourselves but when we asked what they thought or for their input, they were helpful to offer suggestions and ideas. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding! The installation was done superbly. They were efficient, left a very clean work area when they were done and they were so courteous. We highly recommend them! They are a 5+ star business!”
