Claudia is always proactive in sharing tips and common unknowns about my insurance policies. She gives me a heads up about discounts I may qualify for, alternative policies available should I want to research them for later, reviews upcoming renewals one-on-one, and happily answers all of my what-if scenarios. She’s diligent, thorough, always available to discuss things and schooled in loans and finance, too. I have a Shelter office a closer to me, but they don’t have a Claudia!
