“What a delightful place for a freshly made lunch. We were passing through heading from Topeka to Az and couldn’t believe how few restaurants were in this adorable downtown area. But finally found my way to Holly’s and boy am I glad! I had a Chicken Pita with tzatziki and it was delicious! I always worry about chicken being dry, but this wasn’t in the least! I also had to test out the sweet treats. My favorite was the lemon crinkle cookie. Light, airy and perfectly sweet. #lunch #sandwich”

It was obvious this is a family run shop which to me family is everything so it was a comfortable place to be in. Noise and laughter was in surplus, I loved the atmosphere.
