“My husband I have tried a couple lots through the years and I will say this was honestly my best experience in 14 plus years. The salesman (Billy) was amazing. My husband was set on wanting a Tacoma. I thought going through the lot I went to last year (Midwest kia) would help. I was told to come in and they double booked my appointment with my husband. Didn't realize they did that they said. They texted and called us from 9 different numbers. It was crazy. All to get there for them to say they don't have the truck we wanted and not only that but that our trade wasn't worth anything and they wanted 5 grand down for something we couldn't even see or test drive. So we left. I then looked up the lot that had the actual truck and it was Midwest superstore. I drove over an hour to this lot and was not disappointed. They were quick, very polite with me having newborn with us to boot. We got approved for the truck my husband wanted for only a grand down and our trade was worth 12 grand to them so that they could get us into payments we could actually afford. I would definitely recommend this lot and they will forever have my families business. Thank you Billy and Midwest superstore. You made my family and I so happy!”
