“You can buy a car/truck anywhere but I won’t, moving forward. This place had the car, the price, the personalities and most of all, superior customer service! The whole gang took time to make us feel welcome, comfortable in conversation and most importantly, confident in the information they were giving us. These guys were honest and did what they could to help us get the best price. We drove away with a new 2020 GMC Acadia and the confidence knowing that we got the best deal we could. We went in rather late on a Thursday evening but never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing them, even when they realized we would be keeping them past closing time. Not only that, but they had to call a couple of guys in to complete the process. We were there until almost 10pm, 3 hours after closing. We had a good time talking to the staff and swapping stories while the process worked. I’ll say that this was the only time I’ve ever enjoyed buying a new car. Hands down, best customer service ever!”

His shop has state of the art equipment. Combine that equipment with an excellent fabribricator,and the results were predictably great! To top it off, he gave me (disabled) an amazing rate! “Needed a banner made within a short period of time. Bryon McNary was very helpful and had the banner made within the time requested. High quality workmanship too. Bryon took time to sit down with me and design my banner to my satisfaction. In fact, he added an extra graphic to my banner that I wasn't expecting, of which made it POP with creativity, with my approval of course! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, upon my first visit, it took a while before anyone acknowledged my arrival or my wait. There is not sign-in for a customer if have to wait, nor is there a sitting area for waiting. Otherwise, once acknowledgment was given, the service was consistent with helpful and thorough follow through. I am very happy with my banner of which is very good quality material as well. I will use Shamrock Graphics again for future purchases for my business and will refer to others. Thank you Bryon for your support and knowledge of what I was needing.”
