We did an X-ray and MRI to confirm then changed my physical therapy plan. When we realized that wasn’t doing what I wanted it to, we made the decisions to go to our last option of doing surgery. Dr. Strickland is so confident in his work, I never felt like I was being pushed or lead in the wrong direction. He is so professional and just absolutely amazing to work with. “I absolutely love Derby Eye Care. Everyone is wonderfully friendly and seem to make it a habit of going out of their way to ensure the best possible care. Recently, a nerf gun war led to a dart in my husband's eye. The pupil went oval and, as it always happens, this was on a Sunday. I was able to call Dr. Banister that day and get advice on what to do. Not only did he help me avoid an urgent care bill, but also gave me an extensive list of what to look out for and what to buy to help him heal. What blew my mind was the text I received later that night, asking how he was. This is how this office operates. Genuine care for their patients. Dr B is amazing, the staff is amazing, and I will always recommend them.”

No heavy handed painful techniques, no never-ending "constant treatment" routines, just a clearly laid out & properly executed plan. I've had multiple back injuries over the years (as well as MANY other crazy injuries) that have left me with some serious ongoing issues. Dr. Martinez, I believe, is THE reason I am still walking at all (there have been a few times I practically crawled in and walked out).
