My experience with Enterprise was very positive from picking up the vehicle to returning it to the shuttle ride. All employees were very helpful. When I returned the vehicle, Marco was especially helpful. He greeted me and he carried my three heavy bags to the shuttle for me where Tom, the driver loaded (and unloaded the) for me - I do not think I could have managed without them. Marco was very friendly as well. When I arrived after driving 1 1/2 hours, Marco directed me to the restroom facilities and watched over my items for me while I was gone. This was the most positive experience that I have had with a rental car agency in a long time. Thank you for great customer service.

This was the easiest car rental I have ever had. The shuttle transferred us quickly to the airport and within 10 minutes we were driving a clean premium vehicle. The return was just as efficient. The driver on the return trip played Motown and was dancing as we loaded the shuttle. Everyone was genuinely pleasant and seemed happy to be working there. This experience will definitely make me return to enterprise for my next car rental

The staff at Enterprise were very welcoming and provided great customer service. I was checked in and on my way extremely fast at the Detroit Airport location. Selecting a vehicle was smooth and gave me lots of choices. The vehicle was in great shape and very new. The check in process upon returning to the airport was extremely fast and the attendant was very courteous. I would definitely recommend Enterprise rental cars at the Detroit airport location. :-)

The customer service was A1...except for the pick up shuttle driver, he took a really long time to get us from the airport and he didn't help with our bags. Once we arrived, my experience was seamless. I received a free upgrade. The drop off process was also smooth..too smooth... In fact, it all seemed too easy. Great attitudes, great smiles, great reception from start to finish. Our drop off shuttle driver Rodney was exceptional. He had a wonderful disposition and he even helped with our bags. I will definitely use Enterprise again when I'm in Detroit!

Picked up a fusion around 9:30 PM on a weeknight. Went to do my walk-around and I pointed out a large dent in the front quarter panel where it meets the driver's door. The employee tells me "oh that's just wear and tear". Funny he didn't note it on his Ipad. So anyhow I told him he needed to note it and I took a photo for myself. Turn the car back in Friday afternoon and the first thing the receiving employee says is "oh, what happened here?". I then told her everything from when I picked the car up and she goes "oh, well we can't see any of those notes here". What kind of line is that? She eventually said "you're good to go then" and I was on my way. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and photo anything and everything before you sign acceptance of the car.
