It would have been better if they carry those Sun shields for cars. Great customer service
This is a newer location and they usually seem to be better stocked than some other locations. The staff is always helpful and polite.
A very good library. Open early, but poor WiFi in second floor study rooms.
Quiet and peaceful . The only problem I have is finding electric plugs where I sit.lol
I'm not even a student anymore and this is still my favorite library in the city to go to for work or catching up with a book. They have a TON of books and resources and the staff are all knowledgeable & helpful – worth checking out even if you're not attending WSU
This place is great and has many resources for pretty much any class. They open up very early and close very late, with extended hours during finals week. Books are organized using Library of Congress, and on the second floor they have a children's book section which is great for parents trying to study. If a book or article is not in-house, they will request it for you and it will be delivered in less than a week in most cases. I have spent many a late night on the third floor (quiet floor) studying. They have study rooms, AV equipment, laptops, HDMI cables, and other computer accessories you can check out with your Shocker card. Pro tip: if you plan on being there a long time, bring your charger and find a place on the second/third floor with a table by the wall, which often has an outlet. There are few outlet spaces on these floors so snag one when you can.
There is also a hidden gem: the C-space on the ground floor with computers that have Adobe, CAD software, coding software, and other fancy programs you can use if other buildings are closed (looking at you, engineering computer lab). Additionally, there is a 24 hour study room with computers, however I have not had great luck studying there as it can be loud and sometimes there are people there that shouldn't be. They do have snack/drink machines though.
Very friendly staff, and they are open early!
