The check in was fast. When we got to our room there was a maintenance issue, but the front desk gentleman (Aiden) quickly got us a new room and personally assisted us in moving our belongings. He was very professional. The hotel is clean. My kids loved the “vibe” and the location is perfect. 4 stars instead of 5 because the breakfast isn’t included, but they do offer breakfast foods for purchase.

Newly opened hotel, very clean hotel and rooms, top tier amenities, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, Tosha our housekeeper was very attentive and helpful, such a hardworker and always had a smile on her. The area the hotel is at is a safe area perfect for families to stay at and conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Heated pool was perfect for me and my 1 year old to splash on at any time of day and top of the line gym was very enjoyable for my husband. We loved our stay at Aloft Omaha West and would definitely go back.

Ample parking. Front desk friendly, professional, and fast. Convenient store, billiard, bar, and other nice sitting areas up front. The room was extremely clean, adorably decorated, accommodated with all amenities for showering and soaps snell good, and OH THE BED n Pillows are SO COMFY. Highly recommend to all.

I live in Omaha and was meeting a guest at the hotel bar. We only planned on staying for a drink but enjoyed the bartender, Jen, so much that we stayed for several hours! The drinks were delicious and priced reasonably, and the lobby was beautiful. I highly recommend the hotel and bar. In fact, may go back with my husband for a drink because Jen was that awesome!

Amazing service 10/10! Jen the bartender was nothing but kind, helpful and attentive the entire time of my fiancé and my stay! She was above and beyond since we walked in. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy a great serviced hotel bartender and cook like this one :)

Renee has been a true gift to my family. She has been part of our lives for about ten years now, and has helped us through countless major and minor traumas and life-changing events. She has known my children since they were small, and she continues to work with them through their adolescence. Few people have known them so well or made such a difference for their well-being.

I have been moved by her compassion and her willingness to really be there for us when we were in need. Renee draws from a great breadth and depth of knowledge and experience, but she is also distinguished by her ability to listen, to truly understand a complex situation, and to empower her clients to find meaningful resolutions to the problems we face. She is practical, funny, warm, and trustworthy. It means the world to me that, through our therapy experience, my children have learned that difficult problems are worth talking about and that the way to respond to upsetting situations is to seek help and answers. We have Renee to thank for that.

I would Highly recommend Renee Fields to those whom are concerned about the protection and safety of their children. I have been a client of Renee's for over 20 yrs and will never be able to Thank her enough for her dedication, support and especially her compassion in helping my 4 children and I survive and overcome the attempted destruction of Sexual Abuse. Her concern for the safety and well being of my children was over and above the professional care I would of expected.
She has also been very helpful in guiding those of us who have the gift of ADHD. Her knowledge and experience have most definitely helped to guide me through some of the toughest times in my life.
