All the trainers and coaches there are highly professional and is the first gym I have been known by name and experienced the results I was looking for! Great members, great coaches, great classes.

Great for learning boxing as a workout. Punch workouts, small turf area, and weights with membership.

This place is so awesome. Everyone is welcome! There is no judgment. Just show up and give it all you got!! The coaches are so helpful and motivating. I can't say enough good about this club!

I love this place. I’ve never been much of a gym person, but all it took was one free class and I was hooked. The staff is friendly and approachable and they welcome anyone that wants to improve themselves. The atmosphere is low pressure and extremely welcoming. It feels like a community of people that genuinely want you to succeed and has quickly become one of my favorite places to be. Three classes for free, just try it out and I promise you won’t regret it!

From the first time I walked into this place I loved it.
I had been doing cardio kick boxing for a year and thought I was in shape. Ha this place showed me I was not.
The instructors are top notch with high energy.
The other members become family as you cheer each other on to success.
This place loves the community and our military. They find many ways to help those around us.
