“I was traveling in the area for work and I called in on a Friday night just after 6:30 to try and get a last minute appointment. To my happy surprise, Adam was able to see me immediately. He was very friendly and I really enjoyed my conversation with him. He did an awesome job cleaning my beard up and doing some minor touch up work on my hair that my barber had missed when I got my haircut a few days before. I miiiight have minor trust issues when it comes to letting people cut my facial hair (I definitely do) but I was very happy with my decision to trust Adam with my beard (if you know you know). Good guy and great service. You can’t ask for much more than that. I will definitely be back here if I need anything done to my hair while I’m in town!”

Sheryl provides a calming environment and shares numerous techniques to ease discomfort and improve your birthing experience. I have also attended baby, tot, and tyke yoga with my daughter and baby yoga with my son. It’s been a wonderful way to connect with my children and to learn ways to help them relax. I’ve also loved the sense of community that she fosters in her studio. Some of my closest friends are ladies I met at SFY.
