Wichita Friends School

Wichita Friends School has been the most amazing place to take my children. As well as academics they make God a focus in their every day activities. Great place to be and the staff is phenomenal.

Our child used to tell us he "hated school". We have recently enrolled him at Wichita Friends School and since he started, he is excited to go to school every day. The entire faculty and staff at WFS are amazing. They're extremely welcoming, friendly, and they genuinely care for each student's education and emotional experience. Our son is a much happier boy since he started. A complete turnaround from just a few months ago. I can't recommend this school enough!

I have been volunteering to help teach afternoon enrichment classes (music, Bible stories and library) at Wichita Friends School since I retired. I am so impressed with the individual attention all the children receive, with the focus given to valuing the goodness in everyone and with the spirit of being a part of a loving family shared by children, parents and teachers. It is wonderful to see happy children learning to be together in community while they enjoy academics and STEAM activities.

My three children have loved going to Wichita Friends School! You won't find a school anywhere else that has teachers who are TRULY passionate about the kids and seeing them succeed. They are all well-trained and love working with kids. The school has high academic expectations, but also realizes that young children learn best by playing, so there's plenty of time for hands-on learning, outdoor exploration, and enrichment opportunities. Their enrichment classes include Spanish, Engineering, PE, Music and Godly Play. My children have made such wonderful progress at this school, and best of all - they love going there and come home singing about God and all of his creation!
