I have also attended baby, tot, and tyke yoga with my daughter and baby yoga with my son. It’s been a wonderful way to connect with my children and to learn ways to help them relax. I’ve also loved the sense of community that she fosters in her studio. Some of my closest friends are ladies I met at SFY.
