Matthew was the main man he responded quick and efficiently every step of the way. I've never bought a car online or out of state but Matthew made the process so easy and smooth. Matthew owns a mini himself and has previously sold cars to people and my state so his knowledge on the buying process and the car itself was vast. The car arrived today and he's still keeping up with me asking if I need help with settings and what not. On top of this the price was under msrp(rare in this day and age) and definitely under cut dealers here in Houston trying to charge 3-4K over msrp. We also were comfortable in the waiting room and my daughter was offered a popsicle and one of the employees bought her a bag a chips.
