In making my burger order, I went with the Buster's Original Buster Burger, a double with bacon and for my side I did the waffle fries, which isn't a typical offering on most bar & grill menus. It didn't take long for my burger to arrive. A classic 'Texas' or 'Southern' style burger, the patties are 1/3 pound each, both covered with superbly melted American cheese. The beef was perfectly cooked, tender, super juicy and seasoned well. The bun had a nice toast and the sauteed onions packed some great flavor. The dressing of mustard combined with the pickles provided those great tart notes balancing out the beef and bacon. The bacon was nice and crisp.”
