“I have stayed at this place on more than one occasion and I have to say compared to the other motels in the area it is very clean...no bugs not all torn up and they make sure you have what you need when you check in. The staff is super friendly but I only gave them 3 stars for service because after the initial check in the housekeeping staff doesn't come and see if you need towels soap tp etc on a regular basis if you want that stuff you have to go ask them for it and then wait a while for them to bring it to you. They also don't really offer to clean the room or anything either. The guy at the front desk is very nice and always helpful however they don't allow any guests after a certain time and he will run them off. They have no tolerance for noise either and will call the police and have you trespassed from the property if any of this goes on. I was told exactly that by the guy that runs the place. They don't allow pets at all. I would feel comfortable taking kids here because it does offer a very calm quiet atmosphere. All in all the only thing this place is missing is a pool and it would be fantastic.”

“Traveled from Washington to Caldwell, Kansas and our refrigerator quit working. After calling around several dealerships and none carrying or even heard of a thermal fuse, I called Harper without much hope. Talked to Steve in parts and he looked and found they had what we were looking for. Drove an hour and it was well worth it. We were greeted with a smiling staff and our part was waiting for us. Part guy Austin was so knowledgeable and helped us understand the inner workings of our refrigerator. Steve and Austin are a valuable asset to Harper. Highly recommend for all your RV needs!!”

I'll update review when prices come down & the place isn't a mess to eat in 👍a Panini, wrap & 2 small drinks were $28! Full staff on Sunday (5 girls maybe?) & only us & one other couple eating. The girls were hid in the back when we left instead of cleaning or picking up the other couple's plate who left 10min before we did. Dirty & sticky bathrooms. Thanks”

“We visited Innovative CoachWorks Inc. as they were listed as an authorized service center for AquaHot Hydronic hot water and heat. Provided our best evaluation of an erratic burner performance. They gave us their diagnosis and in four hours the system issue was resolved and we spent the night to prove we had a working system. Could not have been more pleased with professionalism and generosity. We had hookups and security of their gated lot while we did an overnight test of the system. No heavy handed painful techniques, no never-ending "constant treatment" routines, just a clearly laid out & properly executed plan. I've had multiple back injuries over the years (as well as MANY other crazy injuries) that have left me with some serious ongoing issues. Dr. Martinez, I believe, is THE reason I am still walking at all (there have been a few times I practically crawled in and walked out).
