“I attended a workshop in December to learn more about pain management. I was dealing with an inflamed elbow like tennis elbow that developed after a repetitive motion for several hours one day. After learning how to release tense areas I was feeling some relief. I set up some sessions with Nathan and he incorporated some upper arm/shoulder techniques. I am feeling more relief in my elbow and last week I had a couple of pain free days, which I haven't had since the end of November. At the end of November I couldn't even pick up a dinner plate without pain shooting in my arm. Today I can pick up 10-15 lbs. and the little amount of pain I have is tolerable. Looking forward to continuing my sessions and getting to those pain free days.”

I called the store and a lady working there told me she was so sorry and offered to personally drive to my house and give me the sandwich. It was excellent customer service in my eyes because even tho it was her mistake most places would just say sorry and leave it at that. The fact that she was willing to bring it to me is awesome”
