I walked in with a problem and the first person I saw fixed it immediately at no charge. Great place with knowledgeable staff.

The service was incredible
My phone isn't working properly because they charge an additional 40.00 just to transfer your phone.
So I guess you should pay the money so your phone works well.
However, the salesmen get a 5 star review all day long. They were very helpful.
Verizon extra charges is why I tasted a 4 not the employees. They definitely get 5 stars.
