He came out and got me himself and talked to me and wanted to truly know what was going on. He didn't rush through the treatment at all. He took his time and really worked. I have been in excruciating pain for years and after just the one treatment, I feel 75% better already. Him and his receptionist are both extremely kind and make you feel extremely comfortable. I've been going for a few months, completely new to it and not in any real fighting shape. Deciding to jump into a class at Sweet Z's has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. It's more than hitting bags, you're working with real people at every class. The environment is exactly the way that I pictured a real boxing gym to be - gritty and without pretenses. Every single one of the people I've met here, guys and gals are all stand up people. If you want to get in fighting shape, get real boxing instruction with real people and at incredibly reasonable price, you should give Sweet z's a try. They have all the gear and you can just show up in any workout clothes. It’s not required but you may want to bring your own hand wraps.”
