“Beautiful distanced view of the city from a historical spot! Appears there used to be events held here, but likely not anymore, as the place isn't that well taken care of. Lots of trash here when I went, and no caretakers in sight. If this place had someone on duty all the time, this could be a very informational and fun side trip. I feel like it used to be at one point.”
