As you walk through the door, it's like you're visiting friends. And during these pandemic times, it means a lot since social activities have nearly ceased. Going through the drive thru is a breeze also because the tellers are always friendly. In fact, I'm sure I was helped by the facility manager in the drive thru. That tells me she is really about customer service, that she's not too big wig to get in the trenches with her employees.
