“KCR is my go to reefer repair techs. Great place for washouts as well. Dustin(Owner) is without a doubt one of the hardest working gents I've ever met. I will typically argue with my trailer leasing company if they want to use any other vendor for break downs. Turn around time is extremely important in this industry and frankly there is no one better than KCR when it comes to reefers. Dustin has bailed me out of more jams than I can count or even remember. The team he's built seems to stay with him as well which really says a lot about the leadership and ethics in place. I run around 30+ reefers at any given time and I've essentially used every fleet service in town at this point. The bigger vendors simply can't compete with the level of customer service this company continuously provides. If ever asked for a reefer reference, KCR is not only at the top of my list. They are the list!”

“Kevin is one of the best, most honest, reliable, and quality mechanics I have ever done business with. I'm baffled that he has low reviews on here. I have taken my cars to him for about 15 years (since his shop was on Johnson Dr) and his work has been top notch and his assessments and estimates have been accurate and honest. There have even been times when I taken a vehicle to him expecting an expensive/extensive repair only to have him tell me that it wasn't needed and that a simple/cheap fix is all that was needed (first mechanic I've ever had do that!). When he does a job, he does it right -- sometimes that means it's a bit more expensive than going to a shop that will cut corners, "improvise," or use cheap parts, but the result is that Kevin's work is a quality, long-lasting repair. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to my family and friends looking for a top-notch car mechanic with integrity.”
