“We have been with Dr. Yu for almost 13 years for all of our kids. We are extremely happy. He is caring and always on top of everything. He calls us at home when we call and have concerns. I read most of the comments and while I agree that during the years there have been some rude staff and long waits (extremely busy office), Dr. Yu himself is awesome and pays attention. He never rushed us out and addresses every question and concern. I just hope there can be a better scheduling management to make sure the wait is not as bad. Most bad reviews are related to wait time or rude staff. Not fair to the Dr himself but I understand though that for many it is the whole experience including the office itself.”
