“Update Received a call from the Sales Manager Galen who actually took the time to listen and understand the issues. He was very understanding and was willing to make everything right. Worked a deal over the phone over a period of about 2 weeks. Put down a $1000 dollar deposit and Worked out a day for me to fly to Kansas to pick up the truck with salesman Kevin Mantz. Truck was supposed to be ready to go! Well it was not Pretty basic things that was agreed upon Cut a couple extra keys which they did unfortunately they didn’t cut them right because they won’t turn Truck was supposed to have max speed setting changed from fleet to highest setting allowed it was not. Had to spend $250 dollars back home to have this changed. Windshield wiper blades not changed they was so hard a lite rain on the way back blade skipped right over like it had ice on the windshield. Unit also has a bad carrier bearing so obviously the inspection process here is lacking. Tuck was still in the used lot not tagged sold or pending Filthy dirty No wash and low low low on fuel none was offered. All things I mentioned was discussed and agreed upon with salesman Kevin Mantz prior to my 2 flights to come get this unit. I just feel like they knew I had a long ride home and they didn’t care So just make sure that you do your homework and a good inspection when buying from this place before you leave with anything.”

“I was in town from California and needed to have a trailer hitch installed on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had called ahead to get it set up and found out the hitch would have to be ordered in. The day the hitch was supposed to be there we found out there had been a glitch at the shipper and they were out of stock. Frank at L&M went above and beyond and found me another hitch. The hitch he found was scheduled to be delivered on Friday but showed up on Thursday instead. Frank once more went above and beyond and worked me into the schedule on Thursday. Devin installed the hitch and wiring. He did such a great job that it looked like it could have been done from the factory. I highly recommend L&M Auto Repair to anyone who needs repairs done on their vehicle and want it done right. The staff at L&M do the job fairly and right. “Like many folks, I inherently don’t trust mechanics. So, I wasn’t expecting much when I randomly decided to take my Volvo to this one. I called the shop, told them I needed a simple tire patch. To my surprise, BK fit me right in. Almost immediately, I was impressed. Forgetting we are in the midst of a global pandemic, I reached to shake BK’s hand, which he gently reciprocated by performing an elbow bump. Truthfully, I wasn’t counting on someone trying to earn my business off of a $30.00 tire patch. This sort of customer service doesn’t exist anymore, or so I thought. BK proceeded to tell me that he was there for me for any of my automotive needs, and took the time to answer any questions I had. That would have been stellar had the shop been slow, but it wasn’t. Auto Werks’ reputation precedes it, and there is an almost constant stream of cars going in and out of the shop. Honest to goodness, the world needs more businesses and business owners, like Auto Werks/BK. Thanks for taking the time to read my novel. “Jon was the guy who took care of me and he was very professional and friendly. I brought my car in to get hail damage repaired and since he has had previous experience as a hail damage inspector he knew everything about how insurance claims worked and he made sure i did not pay a dime more than what my insurance gave me and he did all the work and was amazing. When they found additional faults with my X5, Maurice took the time along with his mechanic to show them to me. The care and patience he took in explaining everything made me feel like a valued customer. Most shops take advantage of their customer and nickel and dime everyone but I never felt that was the case with Bavarian automotive. Only issue I had was making an online appointment. I never received a confirmation email or even a call. I had to reach out to them to confirmed, wich I feel should not happen. With that said, I think they are just busy and may have made a mistake. I will be going back for all future maintenance. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW to give them a go.
