“I have been going here for over 6 yrs! I read reviews for here and for doctors hospital and I'm appalled. I myself have had my share of complaints but they have helped me so much and some of y'all are complaining about things like u have never been here. First off I have had MANY procedures done here and the one thing I can say is this place is not dirty. I have been to some clinics and hospitals (even well established ones) that were DIRTY. Yes sometimes they are short bordering rude. But I have given them my fair share of grief and not always deserved. I have seen others do so too. Its a hard job dealing with us grumpy pain patients and yes we are grumpy and while understandably so when u hurt as bad as we do, its still hard to put up with day in and day out all day long... They have come a long way since I started going... Most staff know and remember you and greet you with a smile. As for todays visit, I meet Dr. Sarpong for the first time... He seems very caring and understanding of what I am going through. Overall, faults and all, They have helped me out alot..”
