I highly recommend if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Brandi has the experience and compassion to help with wherever you are at in your practice. Her expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor!
