This location is a warehouse only. They have no yard dog trucks to move trailers around with. Therefore you cannot just drop a trailer here and leave. This is strictly a live load and live unload facility.

After reading the reviews before picking up today we were not looking forward to it and dreading the pickup so we went early To try and pick it up it was not ready the guard ( female) was kind they took our number and said to come back at 10pm but if it was ready early they would call . We parked on street ( clearly where everyone else does ) they called at 9pm load was ready went straight to a dock and loaded and out of the gate by 10pm our original appt time . I would give them 5 stars but it would be much easier if they would let trucks stage in one of there many empty spaces inside the gates . P.s they were training people so maybe change is happening
