I left a review over a year ago, which took this company 8 hours to load me.

I went back this year, a few days ago. Checked in at 12:30, was told to leave and come back at 2:30/3.

Not a problem (the TA is only 8 miles. Parking lot is jacked, but oh well)

Came back at 3 pm, was loaded by 4:30ish pm.

Service has definitely increased for the SHIPPING side, per my experience.

The two things I would change, flip your entrance so all drivers have a sight side back (or drivers side back), and allow us overnight parking, or a place to park so we can wait.

Otherwise, thank you for improving. Bravo.

Hey ! Hello everyone, quick loading ,even , I showed up early then my appt , when u see that Ryder sign on your left , take that left turn instead go straight, security check in and out ,after checked in, they will give u door number , u can park first or go to door 102 with the slip the one they gave you at check in, I got loaded arround 1 hour , , have a safe drive , DONT MISSED PICS AND VIDEO I POSTED, just in case that will help u to go right side ; instead waste your time , GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU

Receiving office lady was very nice and helpful, they let me stay in the property till my appt time and unloaded me earlier in just 30 minutes.
