(December 5, 2018, 12:13 am)Nice neighborhood that has a pretty nice mixture of home designs. Clean and well manicured. Multiple builders on several streets. Whatever your choice of builders do your homework. Knock on doors of your prospective neighbors. Ask about their experiences with the builder. Ask about their warranty experience. Check out reviews. It is incumbent upon you to do your research before you make an investment of this magnitude before you buy. As always, Enjoy!
