“I'm not sure if I've ever dealt with any salesman of any product that knew as much about what he was selling and the competitors as Matt Sand. These guys are all friendly and helpful. Price negotiation was pretty no nonsense, which I appreciated. Had a small problem with my tractor a week later (that was bought "as is") but they were super willing to send someone over to look at it. Fortunately, I was able to fix it before they came, but was great to know they were willing. Think I'll be referring everyone I know there.”

“I have read in the reviews about the staff not responding very quick to ring up the customers which I have experienced, however the true reasons this happens is because these girls are all so busy stocking, cleaning ect. and it shows because they take great pride in the appearance of this particular store in Verona. They normally will get with customers quickly as they have a chance to. It is a cut above the rest when it comes to dollar general stores. Their staff deserves the best when it comes to ratings, I believe they truly care about people all around.”

“Absolutely fantastic service! I was moving from Texas to Ohio, driving a 20 foot Uhaul and towing my car. The Uhual's transmission goes out in the middle of 71 North, 30 miles south of Cincinnati. Uhaul used RBI to tow my Uhaul. Ray showed up with his wrecker, and got me out of a dangerous highway situation in minutes. Uhaul decided to tow my truck the rest of the way, and RBI handled that as well. If you are stuck anywhere near Verona, Kentucky, I cannot recommend RBI enough!”
