“This store is drastically better than it was before the remodel. It got to the point where I just stooped going to this place. The store was disorganized, merchandise on the floor, nothing where it was supposed to be. When you would walk in the front door you would run right into the checkout lines. On top of that the store felt dingy and dirty. Happy to say all those things have changed for the better. Except for the clutter. Sure is taking a long time to get all there stock put on the shelves. There are 3 or 4 aisles you can't even really go up and down. It does seem like they are trying to get things right. Finally. Hope this was helpful in some way.”

It had been awhile since I visited a dentist, then the pandemic happened and pushed my dental visits out even further. Once I finally made an appointment, I had several procedures that needed to be done. They were so sweet, offered several options to help with pain and anxiety, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. “I visited Hudson Eye Center 2/2/22. I had to bring my newborn daughter with me because I didn't have other care. All of the stuff went above and beyond with making sure I got taken care of. They let me take breaks to nurse my baby and were so accommodating!! There were no issues raised at all and the compliments were so nice too. This means everything as a mother! The staff will work with you, they will make sure you get what you need. Special thanks to Rhonda who helped me pick my glasses, Dr Kim who fitted me, Fran and Sarah at the front desk who made the process so smooth. “Ok, so I had an eye tooth that was pulled too soon, the dentist thought it needed to be removed to allow the other tooth to come down. It did, but was crooked. No other dentist in 55 years was able to do anything with it, until Charity Hallelujah! She said she could fill it in and do a little reconstruction. I am so happy! No more crooked tooth, no more “Did you have a tooth pulled?” Or accidentally biting my tongue, lip, etc. so sad it wasn’t done before, but thankful for my knew smile. She is an excellent dentist and compassionate human being! Thank you!”

“My name is Gene Couch and I am a resident of Florence KY. I am now on day 22 of the journey and I am 23 lbs. down toward my goal of losing 50 lbs. I am 6 foot tall, I started the program weighing 255 lbs. and I am 60 years old. I am writing this as encouragement to those who are thinking about signing up. After reading some of the internet reviews I was very leery of signing up and starting this journey. However I knew that I needed to change something because my health was not where it needed to be, especially my blood pressure. I wanted to do something that I could control and that did not require any additional medication. At this point in the journey I can say that I am truly glad that I enrolled. First and foremost it has not been difficult, even in the holiday season, to stick to the food plan, because I am not hungry. (Believe it or not you can eat only 500 to 800 calories a day and not be hungry; the challenge is not giving into habits.) Second my blood pressure has improved dramatically from 148/90 to 124/70. I have an increased amount of energy and I am sleeping much better. I used to wake up every couple of hours, now I sleep 7 to 8 hours straight and wake up, without an alarm clock, refreshed and ready to take on whatever the day has in store. In fact my wife is now complaining about my getting up to early on the weekends. I don’t know what lays ahead on this journey but I hope it is more of the same. If I stopped today and can continue the benefits I am already experiencing then the program was a success. This week I plan to start adding light exercise to my day as outline in the manual to assure I make my goal. Three weeks ago I couldn’t think of exercising because by the end of the day I was worn out from the daily grind. One of the reasons I signed up for this plan is because they stated that I cold loose the weight without exercise and in fact they discourage any heavy exercise while on the program. I am wrote this note for folks that need some assurances that if they are willing to apply themselves that a better, more healthy life is within your grasp. “I recently had the occasion to see Dr. Blair for a refractive eye exam. Although I have several doctors at CEI for various eye ailments, they no longer preform refractions, so that necessitated that I needed to see another eye doctor. I choose to see Dr. Matt Blair and was very impressed with all aspects of my visit. Dr. Blair had pictures taken of the back of my eyes in his office and then spent time explaining to me the various things he could see on the images. My doctors at CEI have not taken the time to go over this information with me, although I have the same images at their offices. Dr. Blair was very knowledgeable and I better understood my eye problems after consulting with him. I felt like Dr. Blair had up to date technology available and I was very satisfied with my visit.”
