(November 4, 2022, 7:09 pm)I brought a Nintendo Switch Lite with a busted shell and screen protector. I asked him to install a custom aftermarket shell and custom buttons on it also and provided my own parts. it took about a month but during that time They made sure to keep in contact with me and tell me what was going on with the repair. After the wait I must say it was definitely worth it. It looks amazing. They are very professional and friendly. I genuinely am thankful for their hard work to repair my console.

Last week, we had questions, Stephen answered all and installed new battery in my phone. Excellent service, friendly, overall, wonderful customer service. Go to them for any device service.
(August 27, 2020, 6:18 pm)Giving a 5 star rating is not something I usually do. However, in the case of Device Depot, it was a easy decision! I had an iPhone 7 Plus, with a broken screen. I thought I’d stop in to check on a price for replacing the glass. After looking at the device, I was informed it was only the screen protector that was cracked. They quickly replaced the protector. I’m someone that puts customer service above all else - the friendliness, professionalism and service at Device Depot are top notch! Don’t drive all the way to Lexington, you’ve got the answer right here in Danville!
