“I was blown away by the customer service and how quickly the guys at the Danville Store got our propane tank filled up when it unexpectedly got down to 0% while I was away. And they did all this one day before Thanksgiving at that! A huge shout out to Tim Nichols for helping us in our desperate time and for Neal who delivered it and was so beyond helpful and the nicest person! I truly can’t even put into words how thankful I am for them helping so fast and getting us taken care of with smiles on their faces and in their voices the entire time! I also spoke with two others ( a lady and a man) that were also helpful but I didn’t catch their names.
